At THE MINILOAF, we take food allergies and intolerances seriously.
We provide allergen information for our products to help customers make informed choices. Please read this information carefully before placing your order.
Allergens in our products
The following regulated allergens are present in one or more of our current products:
- Wheat / gluten
- Milk
- Eggs
- Soya
- Tree nuts — including hazelnut and pistachio
- Sulphur dioxide / sulphites — used in our Coconut Glazed Banana Bread; please contact us if you have a sulphite allergy or intolerance.
Some products also contain ingredients such as coconut, which is not one of the 14 regulated allergens in UK food law but is clearly identified in the relevant ingredient information.
Our kitchen and cross-contact
Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that handles wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, soya, peanuts and tree nuts.
Because these allergens are handled in the same kitchen, there is a risk of unintentional cross-contact between products.
We therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens handled in our kitchen.

Do not rely solely on the product name or flavour when deciding whether a product is suitable for you. Ingredients and supplier formulations can change, so we will provide the most current allergen information available for your product at the time of ordering.
For online orders, allergen information is provided before purchase and appropriate information should also accompany the food when it is delivered.
The 14 regulated allergens
UK food law recognises 14 regulated allergens:
Celery • Cereals containing gluten • Crustaceans • Eggs • Fish • Lupin • Milk • Molluscs • Mustard • Peanuts • Sesame • Soya • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites • Tree nuts
Where these allergens are present as ingredients, they must be clearly declared and emphasised in the ingredients information.
