3. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when placing your order, including your name, delivery address, contact details and order selections, is accurate.

We will send an order confirmation once your order has been received.

An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed that we can fulfil it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable or we are unable to fulfil the order.

The price payable is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Product Availability

Our products are handmade in small batches and availability may vary.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable product.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, delivery areas, collection options and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout or within our Delivery Policy.

Once an order has been handed to a third-party delivery provider, delays outside our reasonable control may occur.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order where required.

8. Food Allergies

You must check the allergen information provided before placing your order.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please contact us before ordering if you require clarification.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens because our kitchen handles multiple ingredients and allergens.

Please see our Allergen & Food Information Policy for further information.

9. Cancellation, Refunds and Problems With Orders

Because our products are freshly prepared food and may be perishable, cancellation and return rights can differ from those applying to ordinary non-food goods.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil an order where this is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, power failure, equipment failure, supplier disruption, transport disruption or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version applicable to your order will be the version in effect when you placed your order.
